01The Problem
Most people spend their days doing things, making mistakes, learning lessons, and moving forward without documenting any of it. Eventually, the details disappear. They remember major achievements but forget the small decisions and experiences that shaped them.
I wanted to explore whether a simple daily reflection system could make personal progress easier to recognise.
02Context
Refjou grew out of a personal interest in consistency, self-awareness, and intentional living.
The idea was to create a place where I could document what happened during the day, what I was proud of, and what I needed to improve. Rather than treating journaling as something complicated, I wanted it to become a practical daily habit.
03Why This Approach
I structured reflection around three questions: What happened today? What am I proud of? What can I improve tomorrow?
These questions give each entry a purpose. Streaks introduce visible continuity, while optional public interaction creates an opportunity for shared experiences and accountability.
